The Little Big table by Magis is a multi-purpose table, meant for the family’s smallest ones to do homework, colour a colouring book, make art or have a party with friends. As the name suggests, Little Big is designed for smaller and bigger children: the durable but lightweight laminated tabletop is attached to sturdy ash legs, the height of which can be adjusted as the child grows. Little Big is designed by the Swiss design studio BIG-GAME, who wanted to create a multifunctional and durable table – effectively an adult table but in a children’s size.

Big-Game is a design studio created in 2004 by Augustin Scott de Martinville, Elric Petit and Grégoire Jeanmonod based in Lausanne, Switzerland. The studio describes their work as simple, functional and optimistic and have received a number of awards, including the Wallpaper Design Award, the Swiss Design Award, the iF Design Award and more.


Founded in 1976 in the bustling north eastern corner of Italy by a newcomer to the furniture business, Eugenio Perazza, Magis is today a giant international design laboratory that constantly puts itself to the test, seeking technological sophistication and employing a highly diversified workforce. Magis embraces the creativity of leading global designers (Richard Sapper, Jasper Morrison, Stefano Giovannoni, Marc Newson, Konstantin Grcic, Ron Arad, the Bouroullecs, Robin Day, Pierre Paulin, Jerszy Seymour, Naoto Fukasawa, Thomas Heatherwick and many others) and channels it towards objects perched on the cutting edge.
