Description
Fogia’s Koku coffee table, designed by Norm Architects, is inspired by the American art and crafts movement and especially the sculptural furniture of the American-Japanese designer George Nakashima. As a tribute to Nakashima’s style, the Koku coffee table plays with proportions and asymmetry: the main material of the table, sturdy oak, is counterbalanced by a thin black metal tube functioning as the table’s leg. Thanks to its unusual, interesting structure, the Koku coffee table’s appearance varies depending on the angle.
