”It could be from outer space or the bottom of the ocean,” Eliasson himself has described the Quasi Light. Eliasson’s aim was to create a luminaire which wouldn’t produce any waste and which people would want to keep forever. The aluminium used in the lamp is 90% recycled, and the other materials are entirely recyclable. Quasi Light is sure to catch the eye anywhere you hang it – above the dining table, in a spacious lobby or in the centre of the living room.

The pendant has 12 LEDs embedded in the inner vertices of the geometric frame that are connected to light guides along the inner edges, creating an even illumination towards the reflector in the centre of the lamp. This layered white reflector emits the light spherically back into the room, resulting in a glare-free uniform light.
